#Wanderbabe Challenge Workbook: Building A Better You

Hi guys! If you’ve been following my blog, you probably already know that I’m completely obsessed with planners, printables, stationary. Basically, anything I can write on.

Right next to my obsession with all that is my obsession with goal setting and life designing. I firmly believe you can do anything as long as you have the ambition. Putting your mind, effort, commitment and dedication towards your goals are how those goals get smashed and your life becomes what you’ve always dreamed of.

I wanted to combine my love for planning, goal setting, and life designing into one special workbook for all of you. I want to see YOU succeed and live the life you want.

I’m so excited to release my first ever workbook for you guys! I designed this 14-page Personal Development Workbook to help guide you on your journey towards building a better you.

I believe it’s important to constantly improve yourself and your lifestyle. This workbook will help you do just that.

Monthly | Weekly | Daily Planner

First things first in the #Wanderbabe Challenge workbook, I created some awesome planners that you can implement into your everyday life.

These planners will help you get your schedule on track and make your days fly by a lot smoother.

Planning your life out on paper will make it simple for you to take action! When you have a ton of stuff to do, it’s so easy to forget important things that need to get done. That’s where planners come in!

I’ve designed a Daily Planner, Weekly Planner AND Monthly Planner in this workbook.

Goal Getter | Goal Planning | Picture This Vision Board

Next on the list is everything goals. I made some goal planning worksheets for you to use to show those goals who is boss!

Writing out your goals will make a world of difference when it comes to actually tackling those goals. I’ve found that I’m more likely to take action once I have my goal out on paper.

I’ve designed a Goal Getter Future Goal Planner, A Goal Setting worksheet and a Vision Board that you can use to get your goals together and plan out how you’re going to accomplish them.

Habit Tracker | Routine Check

My favorite pages in the #Wanderbabe Challenge workbook are the habit tracker and routine check worksheets.

I’m working on my habits myself and having a habit tracker and routine check combination is a hit for getting all of your habits in line.

If you’re trying to break a habit or keep a good habit in place, this Habit Tracker will be perfect for you! Side by side with the Routine Check to keep your rituals and routines tracked, you will absolutely be able to figure out all of your habits.

Discover Me Self-Discovery Questionnaire | Self-Reflection

I really loved the idea of having a self-discovery questionnaire in the #Wanderbabe Challenge Workbook.

Asking yourself questions to get to a place where you have a better understanding of yourself is so crucial.

Getting down and dirty and answering important questions honestly will help you get to know yourself one-on-one. You can reflect on who you are as a person and who you want to become.

There are plenty of questions in this workbook that will push you in a good direction. Knowing yourself personally is the best way to figure out where you want your future to go.

Your Purpose | Comfort Zone

The last few pages of the #Wanderbabe Challenge are designed to help you find your purpose and discover what is and what isn’t in your comfort zone.

I added an Ikigai chart, which is a Japanese Reason for Living chart. It combines your passion, mission, profession, and vocation to help you meet in the middle to find out what your life purpose is.

I wanted to add the comfort zone chart because I think what holds us back from living the life we want is our fear of getting out of our comfort zone. This worksheet helps you figure out what you’re comfortable with and what you need to work on getting comfortable with.

I put together a ton of great ideas to help you improve different aspects of your life and design your life the way you want.
